Island-Made. Future Ready.
Come curious. Leave connected. The Island Connectivity Hub is your space to learn, work, create, and care. Built for island life and designed for what’s next.
Our Mission
The Island Connectivity Hub is an exciting new regional gathering and learning space, providing community members throughout the Deer Isle-Stonington area with tools, skills, and services needed to thrive in our changing economy through support in workforce pathways and education, digital skill building across disciplines, and health and wellness.
How We Support Our Community
Three ways we help community members navigate what’s next—from health and wellness to education and technology support.

Community Health & Support
Providing accessible health support through the Healthy Harvesters program and telehealth resources. Our certified community health worker offers everything from health screenings to healthcare navigation and resource connections.

Education & Workforce Pathways
Whether you want to finish your GED, learn new skills, or explore career changes—we’ll help you figure out what’s next. Brought to you by Deer Isle Adult & Community Education.
43 School Street
Our home carries over a century of community education in its walls. Built in 1905, this beloved building served generations of Stonington students before being thoughtfully transformed by the Town into a Small Business Center in 2001.
Today, it houses 18 locally-owned businesses alongside our community programs—a perfect symbol of how we honor our past while embracing our future.
